For over 25 years, the German soprano DIANA DAMRAU has been one of the most outstanding artists on the international opera scene.

On the stages of the Metropolitan Opera, the Vienna State Opera, La Scala in Milan, and the Bavarian State Opera, she captivates both audiences and critics alike. Her extensive repertoire spans from Mozart and Verdi to Richard Strauss and contemporary composers.

In 2025, she celebrated her acclaimed debut as the Marschallin in Der Rosenkavalier at the Staatsoper Unter den Linden in Berlin. Numerous awards — including the Bavarian Maximilian Order, the Federal Cross of Merit, and the title of Kammersängerin of the Bavarian State Opera — highlight her extraordinary career.
