At the start of the 2025/26 season, VOCES8 warmly welcomes Savannah Porter as the ensemble’s new soprano.
She succeeds Andrea Haines, who, after nearly two decades as a defining member of VOCES8, is concluding her active time with the group. As one of the longest-serving members—alongside Barney Smith—Andrea was part of the VOCES8 family from the very beginning. Her voice, musical sensitivity, and dedication have profoundly shaped the ensemble over many years. Her artistic contribution and extraordinary presence are recognized with deep gratitude and will remain unforgettable.
