Discover Venice’s unique blend of Eastern and Western cultures on this immersive tour. Walk through historic markets, explore the legacy of Marco Polo, and uncover hidden treasures in the heart of the Jewish Ghetto.

-Campo San Bortolomio: Explore a centuries-old market echoing Middle Eastern souks.

-Campiello del Milion: Visit the site of Marco Polo’s home, the launchpad of his legendary journey.

-The Jewish Ghetto: Step into the world’s oldest Jewish Ghetto, still a living testament to Venice’s multicultural heritage.

Venice, a melting pot of cultures and traditions, has always been a meeting point between East and West, where diversity coexists in harmony, preserving its unique identity.
This tour will guide you through the most fascinating areas of the city, where you can still immerse yourself in the mysterious atmosphere of the East.

Your journey begins at Campo San Bortolomio, next to the famous Rialto Bridge, where a lively traditional market has taken place for centuries, with stalls reminiscent of Middle Eastern souks.
However, the true "spiritual" start of the tour will be at Campiello del Milion, the former site of Marco Polo’s house, from where the legendary traveler embarked on his epic journey to the East.

You will then continue to the Cannaregio district, admiring along the way the majestic Abbey of Mercy Church and the Madonna dell'Orto, places where Eastern and Renaissance cultures intertwine, with Tintoretto having had his workshop here.

In this area, you’ll be immersed in the authentic Eastern atmosphere, with the Palace of the Camel, statues of the Moors, and, finally, the Jewish Ghetto, the oldest in the world, still home to the Jewish community of Venice, making it one of the most captivating and evocative places in the city.

Before reaching the Ghetto, you’ll pause at Fondamenta degli Ormesini for a drink, reflecting on your incredible journey through the history of Venice.
