Born in Vendée in 2006, Raphaël Collard is a pianist who is just eighteen years old. He began taking his first piano lessons at the age of nine at the Conservatoire des Sables d’Olonne, his hometown, and quickly discovered a true passion for music. He continued his training at the Conservatoire d'Angers in Hélène Desmoulin's class. He obtained his DEM (Diploma of Musical Studies) there in 2022 and was then admitted the following year to the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris (CNSMDP) in the piano class. Raphaël Collard studied with Florent Boffard and Tanguy de Williencourt during the 2023-2024 academic year. Since September 2024, he has been studying in Claire Désert's class. In addition to his piano studies, Raphaël Collard was recently admitted to the piano accompaniment class and the chamber music class at the CNSMDP. He has been pursuing these different courses of study since September 2024.
