Johann Sebastian Bach’s Mass in B minor is considered one of the greatest masterpieces of sacred music. Completed by Bach toward the end of his life, this monumental mass is a synthesis of his absolute mastery of musical art and his profound spirituality. It is a work that reflects the composer’s titanic effort to express faith through music.
In this version, the Cor de Cambra del Palau and the baroque orchestra Vespres d’Arnadí, under the direction of Xavier Puig, bring to life a performance of great rigor, where vocal and instrumental precision come together to offer a deep experience of the composition.
