SOUTHERN GOSPEL CHRISTMAS
Andy Lee Lang and Christmas shows have a long tradition in Austria. On December 8, 2025, the Votivkirche in Vienna will become the stage for a very special musical evening, when Andy Lee Lang performs his first concert in this extraordinary venue together with the Morris Family from Tennessee.
In the unique acoustics of the sacred building, voices will resound this evening – the four voices of the Morris Family – Donna from Memphis, who sang in the chorus for Elvis Presley’s Suspicious Minds and In the Ghetto, Neil Diamond’s Sweet Caroline, and Al Green’s Let’s Stay Together, Craig from Nashville, who wrote songs for Ray Charles and Andy Williams and was pianist for the First Lady of Country Music, Loretta Lynn, along with their twins Savannah and Sam. A four-voice ensemble that continues to captivate audiences in the United States.
Together with Andy Lee Lang, they will present a program of Christmas classics, gospel hits, and songs centered around the Christmas season.
The audience can look forward to moments when Andy and Craig also sit down at the piano, framed by the impressive architecture of the church, making this evening a truly special experience.
This unique guest performance promises not only an emotional musical event, but also a very special atmosphere created by the majestic and impressive setting of the Votivkirche.

Votivkirche
The Votive Church (German: Votivkirche) is a neo-Gothic church located on the Ringstraße in Vienna, Austria. Following the attempted assassination of Emperor Franz Joseph in 1853, the Emperor's brother Archduke Ferdinand Maximilian inaugurated a campaign to create a church to thank God for saving the Emperor's life. Funds for construction were solicited from throughout the Empire. The church was dedicated in 1879 on the silver anniversary of Emperor Franz Joseph and his wife Empress Elisabeth.
